Compatibility & sports
Can the system use an existing LED screen?
Yes. Our controller can drive most LED ribbons, video boards, projectors, and arena cubes — we run a compatibility check during the quoting stage.
Which sports does the controller support out of the box?
Basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, handball and badminton are pre-loaded with official rule sets. Custom sports profiles can be authored without writing any code.
Lead time & installation
What is the typical lead time?
Standard controller and accessory packages ship in 4–6 weeks. Full LED screen installations, including site survey and commissioning, run 10–14 weeks depending on venue size.
Operations & sponsors
Do you provide on-site training for our match-day crew?
Every installation includes operator training and dry-run sessions before your first match. We also stay on site for the season opener and remain on call for the rest of the season.
How are sponsor and ad assets managed?
Upload images and videos through the web console, schedule rotations by quarter or time-of-day, and the system reports per-asset on-screen seconds for sponsor reporting.
Warranty & support
What kind of warranty and support do you offer?
A 3-year hardware warranty as standard, with optional extended coverage. Software updates and remote diagnostics are included for the lifetime of the system.
